Office Assistant
Requirements:
- Computer skills: Quickbooks, Word & Excel
- Answer telephones and report incoming service requests
- Schedule appointments and maintain company calendar
- Keep track of technicians that are in the field
- Receive incoming packages and match packing slips to appropriate orders
- Send out overnight packages and regular mail
- Must have excellent personal and communication skills
- Pleasant "can-do" attitude
- Ability to multi-task under pressure
- Hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Must be able to provide your
own transportation to the office
- Salary commensurate with experience

- Must have great troubleshooting skills
- PC / server hardware & software knowledge required
- MS SQL, IIS, Active Directory & Exchange

- General knowledge of LAN / WAN
- Customer service skills
- Valid driver's license required
