The Fighter's Workout conditioning program is ideal for men and women.  It includes Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced exercises.  The Fighter's Workout is the same non-contact workout program that professional and amateur fighters use to get into actual fight shape.  This conditioning program builds the perfect balance of strength, speed and stamina allowing you to sculpt your body however you would like.  In the process of getting and staying in excellent shape, you will learn how to punch, kick, use medicine balls, dumbbells, punching bags and a variety of other training aids for an exciting, ever changing workout.  The Fighter's Workout is complete body conditioning from aerobic fitness to cardio conditioning, along with stress relief and mental well being.  The Fighters Workout is exciting, action packed fitness that will propel you into peak physical condition.
